Inkscape 1.1.1
Inkscape is an open source vector graphics editor with similar features to Illustrator, Freehand, CorelDraw or Xara X, but this one is free.
This utility uses W3C-standard Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG), and has tons of features and tools, is capable of opening many formats such as PNG, JPG, BMP or TIFF, supports layering, cloning, tagging, etc. systems.
It can also edit XML and has all the major tools, including a very expensive vector editor. Inkscape supports many of the more advanced SVG tools (markers, cloning, alpha blending, etc.) and has a very precise interface. This application works very well when editing a node, performing very complex actions, tracking bitmaps and much more.
The main goal of Inkscape is to be a really powerful image editor, not that difficult to use, and compatible with XML, SVG and CSS. It can be said that this program has succeeded in doing so.
